Prices are rounded off to the nearest franc and include 5,5 % VAT, unlimited Guests insurance coverage according to the french regulation of public transportation, gasoline, maintenance of the car and driver's salary.
Minimum charges is 2 hours. The distance in kilometers and the length of time are counted from the moment the car leaves the garage until it returns.
Quantity of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the car.
We are not responsible for the valuables left in the car.
Prices do not include the use of the car telephone, tolls and driver's meal.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Services are payable at the time rendered, unless open account billing has been established. Long term services have to be settled through weekly payments. Bills are payable upon receipt.
A delay of 8 days after receiving bills is allowed for all invoice's complaints due to the impossibility to obtain necessary elements from drivers.
In case of contest, the "Tribunal de Commerce de Paris" is the only court of competent juridiction
